FindEnduranceCoach is a platform that connects endurance athletes with coaches. We provide matching tools and communication features but do not provide coaching services directly.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

5. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of FindEnduranceCoach. Coaches are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid certifications where claimed
  • Providing accurate profile information
  • Delivering services as agreed with athletes
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Athlete Responsibilities

Athletes acknowledge that:

  • Coaching relationships are between athlete and coach
  • Physical training carries inherent risks
  • They should consult medical professionals as appropriate

7. Platform Access

FindEnduranceCoach is free for both athletes and coaches during our beta period. There are no subscription fees or charges to use the platform today. We may introduce paid plans in the future, and we will give notice before any charges apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

FindEnduranceCoach is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to injuries, coaching disputes, or service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the service are owned by FindEnduranceCoach or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
